This 25 min class focuses on mobilising and strengthening the shoulders and is suitable for all levels. Requires a yoga belt or small towel.

In this class we skip the sun salutations and get straight into some deep hip openers and leg stretches. We even sneak in an optional headstand for those that are inversion-inclined!
Please have a block and a strap/belt handy.

A great class for beginners to practice to learn the fundamentals of a sun salutation and the correct technique in seated and standing poses. Also a good one for improver yogis to return to basics to focus on precision and simplicity of the poses.
