• Yoga in the style of Hatha, promoting balance with energising flows and calming stretches. Asanas (postures) are taught with an emphasis on alignment, strength and stability, enabling you to develop a deeper understanding of the biomechanics of your body and how you can find inner strength through movement. Yoga is fantastic for stress reduction and can promote better sleep, reduced anxiety and a more regulated nervous system. Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation are included in every class.

  • Pilates classes are a great way to develop correct posture, core strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness. You will be guided through a series of exercises that move your body through all planes of movement, ensuring you leave the class fully worked, stretched and balanced.

  • A circuit-style class that uses dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to target the strength of the entire body with functional movement patterns.
