*Classes named “Pilates” are Pilates Blend

  • A Hatha-flow style class which focuses on strength, balance and flexibility through a creative, easy-to-follow sequence of movements. Breath-work and meditation is included in every class.

  • Build strength, stability and balance with Pilates Blend. You will be guided through a creative sequence of exercises that help to develop the strength and skills required for classical Pilates mat exercises, which are also touched on throughout the class. Some elements of yoga are blended into this class to enhance mindfulness, flexibility and relaxation.

  • A beginner-friendly class where the fundamental Pilates movements are broken down into accessible, buildable forms. Attention will be given to correct breathing technique, core activation, joint mobility and spinal health, ensuring that muscles are strengthened in a balanced way to encourage correct posture. Ideal for anyone just starting out in Pilates or who requires a slower-paced class where technique can be perfected.

  • A class for students who have some Pilates and/or yoga experience. More Pilates mat exercises are added, increasing strength, stability and flexibility. We practice more challenging balance poses and look deeper into our flexibility.

  • A well-rounded class that contains options suitable for all levels. However, if you are a beginner dealing with a health condition or injury you may find a Beginners class more beneficial.

  • A class suitable for anyone who needs gentle strengthening exercises and more time and attention to detail to establish correct posture and alignment whilst working with injuries or limitations. Gentle yoga poses are used to ease tightness and improve mind-body connection, encouraging the nervous system to reset and release tension.
